Why Leia insisted on going on the porch

She kept me busy being doorman this morning. Out, wanted back in; out again, back in ...this went on and on. After the fourth out, I got a bit suspicious, as this was most unlike her. Turns out, I'd left the bag of litter and the Purina One dry food on the porch, and she somehow sussed out it was there. So, she was working on the Purina, coming in to warm up a little (9 degrees!),, then back. She almost had it open, too! Here's the culprit and the evidence:

What a sense of smell they have! She's standing on the litter bag working away on the Purina.

LOL our cats are a nightmare with this kind of thing and so we have to pack everything away as soon as we get it.

Naughty but clever kitty

Re: Why Leia insisted on going on the porch

Lol, I used to keep a tin of the dry food on top of the fridge, but she learned to jump up there, knock it over and have a feast at night while I was sleeping ....dry cat food all over the floor! And yes, I do feed her!

I think it is akin to stolen apples........ so much sweeter. It isn't even as if she, they are hungry...... oh goody stolen stuff!

Mine think the kitchen bin holds sweeter stuff....... sigh.

Re: Why Leia insisted on going on the porch

Leia has never been hungry a day in her life. Now my Misty, who was a lost little kitten when I found her, always remembered the no-food time, and ate every chance she could get. Her motto: "If you see food, eat it!!!"
