HOw do I do a tick box

I've done a word document with some stuff on.... eg

- home check comleted

- paperwork sent to petplan

-donation received

now how do I put a little tick box at the end of each? Anyone

Can you go to 'insert shape', draw a small box then copy and paste it? There's probably an easier way but that's how I'd do it

Maybe if I made you some boxes on a word document and e-mailed it to you, you could copy and paste them?
