Re: Grrrr!!!

Frustrating! And hubby away so can't help .........

I have dial-up as you know, and every so often the screen will freeze and a window pops up saying "The Modem has unexpectedly hung up". Very annoying. Not that I'm paranoid in the least bit, but I wonder of Earthlink doesn't program that in to happen so I'll get disgusted and change to broadband or DSL...... (actually, it's the little voices that whisper that to me..... )

I've just had the "windows has encountered a problem and has to close" 3 times in the last few minutes so I've switched to Firefox instead

Re: Grrrr!!!

Moli or MrsH: does Safari have the feature like FF that will remember your passwords and username for you?

Re: Grrrr!!!

I'm not sure I understand. Most of the sites I visit regularly have a Log Out thing which I never use; just leave it, But when I visit again, the Log In page appears and as soon as the page has loaded, FF automatically enters the username and password because I'd asked it to remember.
