Re: scratch post

Have bought Cassie 2 beds but she only used them a couple of times! She sleeps in a rocking chair during the day and comes on to our bed round about 3.00am every night/morning. BTW the rocking chair wasn't for me!!
Her scratching post is upright with a toy hanging from it.
Sorry, unable to post pics!

Re: scratch post

My cats dont like cat beds they prefer the chairs.Think they get to hot in the beds because of there coats. We have numerous scratch posts dotted around the house and a sratch tree which is a large trunk with branches coming off it.They spend a lot of time on this plus you can hide there treats in it.when we have kits we also hang toys on it.Great fun all round

Re: scratch post

I thought you might need more than one scratch post Sam!
That scratch tree sounds good fun.

How's little Ted today?

Re: scratch post

Awww keep us posted Sam - thinking of you.

Mine have wicker baskets that were quite expensive and I took quite a gamble buying them BUT they sleep in them every night, whenever they go to sleep they go up to bed - they are sooo cute! They also have a cat gym that I got from Argos it was about £35 and they use it all the time, will post some pics tomorrow!

Re: scratch post

Beds? Scratch posts? why do they need them when they have a huge barn to scratch on and the sofas? And no bed is as good as ours and the sofas serve for that purpose too
