Erm pees whenever he needs to I will ask the vet to check him out first just to be safe and if needs be I can get him neutered at a later date if he needs anything doing. Do you think maybe it could be a water infection?

Mine sometimes snort when they drink which can sound - I suppose - a bit like wind; but then they are flat-faced so snort when they do most things

It certainly is puzzling but it may even be normal. Muffin is a redpoint ragdoll.
