First Aid help needed

Last night I cut my hand on some glass. I have a cut on the back of my thumb. It's very sore and red. The question is how do I know I got all the glass out?

Re: First Aid help needed

If you press on the cut do you get a sharp stabbing pain? That would indicate glass is in the cut.

Sorry, cant be of any further help, but that is what I would do.

Yes I do. Cant stan for it to be touched or touch anything but cant see any glass. Think I may have to go to the hospital tomorrow.

Cant offer anymore help than Donna has. Although is you have a glass cut sometimes they hurt more than any other cuts due to the nature of the cut.

Hope it better soon,

I'd go today, but then I'm a wuss about things like that! I assume you've put an antiseptic on it and a bandaid in the meantime? Nasty thing to happen at Christmas...(((hugs)))!
