The best smoothie, however is the home-made one. You can use water, juice or milk as a base and just go crazy with a variety of fruit or even vegetables (or a mixture).

We make them in the blender, but seriously considering investing in a smoothie maker as more time-efficient - maybe we'll treat ourselves for Chirstmas. They're seriously good for you and ensure you get all your 5 fruit/veg portions in one sitting

I have a juicer Yola, which is really good, but I haven't used it for ages (since doing the new kitchen) I wold need to buy a silver model to fit into my new colour scheme lol My white one was quite expensive (about £250)
