I did 4 big tubs as you know & they were starting to sprout through the top of the tubs - so I just gently took a few from each tub which were just under the surface. Can't wait to tip them out & have a good root through the soil after them.

Aren't they the most wonderful things? Delicious!
The nurseries etc have summer planting seed potatoes in stock now, if you want to plant some in your garden for late cropping and new potatoes way into the autumn.

Yes you did inspire me & a big thankyou to you for that.
They really did taste great. Not sure if it's because I grew them or because they were just tasty spuds - but either way they were lovely - even my youngest daughter loved them
