That's exactly why I like to leave a response. even if it's only something simple like "Lovely pics" or "Good luck". It's nice to know someone has read and taken the time to leave even a simple response. Granted, I'm retired and have a lot of time available to spend on the forum, unlike you working folks with families to care for ......

Post the pics, please, Julie!

I'm sorry you have got disheartened Sweet. Please post those pictures ..... I'd love to see them.

I think that the "new post" cut off time that Catsey has is partially to blame for peoples' posts being overlooked. I guess it has to follow the rules set by Dogsey - but with a smaller membership, there are often times when I log on and a notice says there are no new posts. When this happens, you can go and look at all posts over the last 24 hours, which is fine if you have the time, but not everyone does.

Thats such a shame Sweet, I too would love to see the new pictures.
There have been times when i have posted something and got little to no response, but I just thought "oh well, that went down like a lead balloon". Then i just carry on as normal.

I admit to being a looky-lou but sometimes not leaving a note, so I have slapped my wrist and will not do so in future. I 'll be posting pics of my cathedral tour on the holiday section later

Same here, Elaine. Sometimes what we think is interesting apparently isn't to others.... that happens, no big deal.
