Our mini break (non cat)

Here are the piccies as promised earlier. We took Em and her friend and of course Tom on surprise stop over at the Alton Tower's Hotel at the weekend. They have a new themed suite recently opened - the pink girlie sleep over suite

Here is a piccie of Em on the left and her friend Chelsey on the right after we had been in the Alton Towers water park but before they knew they were stopping over. This is taken in the Hotel reception..

Here is the girlie makeup bit in the suite..pink hairdriers, hair straighteners and curling tongs galore! They also provided loads of make-up for them and consequently we were late for dinner

Here is the pink Smeg fridge .. full of chocolates and coke cola. They also delivered girlie cocktails to the room just before dinner

Some of the beds..the suite sleeps up to 6 people

Karaoke at 1am!!! The suite also boasted plasma tv, music system, sound proofed walls and playstation plus games and cd's to go with it that came in a pink girlie holdall!

It was a brilliant surprise for both her and her friend, they had a great day in the water park and the theme park especially as this is the first year Em has been tall enough to ride the 'big' rides

What a lovely time they must have had Fran!! They certainly go to a lot of trouble to make their stays so memorable.....

Why didn't they do things like this years ago...I feel I've missed out!!

Looks like she is going to swallow the mic God knows how I managed to take that piccie at 1am in the morning, after a few glasses of red wine and having been up since 6am. Had to sneak the cats out to the cattery for 8am and then we were on our way by 9...

Hubby managed to sleep through the midnight singing session
