Honestly though although I asked please tell me no more I get really upset about older cats in rescue than any others in rescue. No idea why must be soppy I guess.

Re: rescues

Have they all got homes then Smudgley? and do you find BW or Black cats harder to rehome than any other colour?

Re: rescues

Choo-Choo was a found pregnant stray who is going back to the lady who found her.

Smokey & Buttons were also found pregnant strays who are also going back to the people who found them.

It does seem to be that some people don't want black or B & W cats. The torties & tabbys seem to find homes easier.

Re: rescues

What a shame people don't want B&W's. My Cooper is a little sweetheart. I didn't even ask what colour mine were when I enquired about them, I just wanted to let them pick me once I got there!

Re: rescues

WE have found b &w to be hard to home this summer - 2 of the females got to 4 and 6 months before finding homes, Martha was with us for about 14 weeks (1 week on our rehomign page before coming to me) and Tom 14.5 months - last two were older cats though.
