Re: Family history

We had a family tree done and now you've got me wondering, i'm going to ask my mum to see it and see how far it goes back and i'll let you know. We have american's in our family and it was one of them that researched our family tree.

Re: Family history

I am unable to go back far, as Mum was adopted and her father unknown. I have tried asking my Dad, but he is hopeless, knows his parents names but not birthdays etc!
I find that stuff really interesting though!

Have you got an approximate year and place of birth, with these and a name I might be able to find them for you. Year of death would give me a starting place if that is all you have. With my father dead I had an approximate year of death for his parents that was about 2 years out but was still able to find them.
