2009 Holidays

Has anyone planned their holiday yet? Have you somewhere in mind?

We're still thinking where to go here, I wouldn't mind going back to Croatia again but to the south this time.

Re: 2009 Holidays

Due to the trouble and cost of getting insurance for abroad.....I have had to cancel abroad (well sort of things I was planning) this year however I have booked a week in Frome Sommerset, and a week in Cornwall. And plan on having a few short breaks like the look of Prague/Budapest/Krakow, short weekend/midweek breaks....any suggestions anyone and of course anywhere I can get a cheap flight to from Brum airport.

Re: 2009 Holidays

As you may remember, following my disasterous week in Devon last summer I pretty well straight away booked a fortnight in Le Marche, Italy for this coming August. The lovely people who own the small villa are letting me pay it in 1/4 stages over the year and I've already booked the flights so just the car hire (and possible one night's stay in Rome) to sort out.

We both adore Italy and I think the boys will be old enough (3 and 6) to appreciate a mix of sightseeing, beach and chilling out at the villa

Re: 2009 Holidays

We are going to Little Dumpledale Farm in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is an amazingly dog friendly place and you can take as many dogs as you like! It is so popular and 'Swallows dance' the property we are staying in is completely booked for the summer this year, so we booked early last year!
