Morning its Monday's daily

Good Morning all.

It is overcast here but no rain will pop out and look at a couple of the tubs.

Taking Dad to the hospital this afternoon for 2pm.

Kim I hope all is okay at your end and Rachel is getting over her long flight home.

See you all later, take care.

Morning all
Lovely and sunny here today. Emma is on a day off from school - study leave - more like sleeping all day leave...

Sean managed to get up after his night of celebrations... looking a bit worse for wear!

Working till 3pm then hoping to sit in the garden with the bunnies all afternoon. Pretty sure the pusskats will venture out to sit with me too.

Hope you all have a good day

Overcast here and still threatening rain, although the news progs say no Have ironing to kill and rooms to tidy up so I'd better get on. My parents have gone away for a few days to the Isle of Wight so on continous Ceri watch, he'll have to grab a duster and pitch in!
Have a good day in work Donna and hope your dad'd appointment goes well, Kazz.

Re: Morning its Monday's daily

Back in the office today, and I'm feeling a bit rough. Bad cough, sore throat, croaky voice and headache. Finding it hard to focus.

Poor Fifi had a major bottom explosion in the night; OH cleaning it up first thing but it's all stuck to her fur and I can't bathe her at the moment! I think the vet visits are stressing her badly, and as she's sleeping out with Balie in the utility area at the moment she's eating his food - chicken, fish fingers, prawns, ham etc. They're great for him but obviously not for her!

Right - off to eat my salad and bean burger

Hi, All. Cloudy here but not the rain sort; still nicely warm at 25 C (77 F). Went to the market earlier, and have pruned some more of the rampant ivy and Virginia creeper on the fence and wall. Now I have to get back to the bamboo, which is winning the race to take over the back yard!

Hope the Drs, appt. goes well for your Dad, Kazz. Yola, how sad about Fifi, she must hate being messy but of course you can't bathe her now. Hope your sore throat, etc. get better as the day goes on. Donna, enjoy the garden with the assorted furries. PP, ironing? Ugh!

It's Flag Day here, many houses displaying Old Glory ... a lovely sight!

Re: Morning its Monday's daily

"morning" everyone (it's after 3pm here hehe i'm still on vampire hours!)
K left early this morning to go see the specialist for his immune disease at virginia mason. he had to get there especially early to meet with the finances department first. i'm pretty proud of him for going as that is huge for him attitude wise. I sure hope it was a good appointment. He was meeting some forum friends for lunch afterwards so I expect to see him in the next few hours..unless he pulled over for a nap. He didn't sleep at all last night, purely running on caffeine
Got my order of 60 lbs. cat/ferret food today. Mixed it with my bare hands to get percentages as close as I could and now my arms up to my elbows smell of poultry and fish Kuan Yin and Hestia stood by sampling to make sure none of it was poisoned, a very important job you know
We finally got a screen on the bedroom window last night thank goodness it was getting stuffy in here and i hated kicking the cats out to get fresh air (previous owner removed all our screens!). The kitties are smitten and have been gazing out of it for hours

LOL, how considerate of Hestia and Kuan Yin to take the job of food inspector; such dedicated girls! I put the screens in my B/R windows last week, love the breeze.
