Anyway my senior on shift this morning had a look at my "Scabby face" as Elaine would say and told me not to come back in on sat/sun night which I was due to be working,so I can go out tonight with a clear concience

Morning all

It is better when someone at work see's that you are off work for a good reason doesn't it. Have a good time tonight ERIN

It's wet, cold and miserable today.
Denis is in such a loving mood as he always is on return from the cattery, getting so many cuddles
I have an essay to do and I may be able to get some done in work as I haven't much booked in.

Have a good day all

Damp and overcast and cold today. I'm in winter clothes now

Both boys settled into school/nursery and I'm in the office. Apart from that, not much happening!

Re: Daily Thread/Wednesday

It's been raining here earlier but now the sun is forcing its way through the clouds...... I think the nice sunny days have now finished though..

Just come back from shopping at Sainsbury's, their shelves are beginning to fill up with Christmas stock now. They have boxes of Just Brazils (dated 8/08 going at half price so I grabbed a couple to put by. Won't be long before they start blaring out "Here it is Merry Christmas" once again!

Enjoy your day all!

Morning all, we have a glorious day here, and very warm too..
Poor mollie is still quite sore, she wants her food but cannot eat it, she is whining and has had a couple of howls too....Just given her some metacam, hopfully that will ease the pain.....
Think I will liquidise her food, make it easier for her to eat.

Have a good afternoon all.....

Re: Daily Thread/Wednesday

Still very chilly here, but the sun is finally breaking thru just before lunch, so should warm up some. My electric kettle up and died at lunch yesterday...plugged it in and ......nothing! Had to dig out an old china one that I don't like (poor design) to make tea! But lucked into one at Amazon on sale for $11.00 with free 2 day shipping, woo hoo! Mustn't complain......
All's quiet here, did the marketing and just pottering around.
Erin: enjoy the do tonight!

DM he tryed to walk out like it wasn't him! Strutting! It was the wet paw prints on the tiles that gave it away. then ofcourse the wet fur . When I went in the wall was wet and the seat where he had gone PLOP.
