It's here: Cat Chat Feline Forum » Cat Rescue & re homing » Robbie the Brave
No direct link to be found.
A copy-paste of the relevant details would have been appreciated, Paula. Makes it easy for people to get involved.
Wish I could help, but I've got my maximum allowance of cats atm. : /

Re: Robbie The Brave

Paula - what a heartbreaking story. I too had an black ex-feral, but thankfully he never developed symptoms such as Robbie.

I'm not in a position to be able to help, but I would suggest contacting your local Cats Protection who often have a better 'cat home' network than the more general RSPCA. They also have a definite 'no kill' policy (for healthy cats), which is not the case with the RSPCA.

You've been given some amazing advice on catchat . . . may I wish you and Robbie all the luck in the world in finding a new and loving home for him where he can remain secure and loved for the rest of his days.

Poor Robbie, he is a gorgeous looking cat. I hope he find a home where he can be the only pet. I think that is the best way forward.

Re: Robbie The Brave

Hi, I am sorry I did not give you the direct link at first, i have just got back from dropping Robbie off, he is at the kennels at Petstop in Denton, Manchester.I will be keeping in touch with them and they have assured me he will definately will not be PTS. I had him neutered and he has had his full course if injections, so he is ready for a new home straight away. I have him insured and I am prepared to carry on the nsurance for him when he gets the right home.

You can see him on TAMESIDE and GLOSSOP RSPCA site :- http://www.rspca-tameside-glossop.or...atgallery.html

you can see him there.

I really hope someone can help him, he is a lovely cat that just hates dogs and wants to be boss.

Paula.
