I do remember you posting that article DM and it's very good although they do seem to have more supplements than actual food

I can't find the link for the grinder though

I'll see if I can find it. We had 2 threads running at the same time so some of the info is only on one.
I think this was the sort of thing - although I seem to remember it at about £75 rather than over £100 as here
