max is missing

I havent been on here for a while, Im really sorry...

My lovely wee Max has been missing for a couple of days now and im beside myself as he's never normally away from me for longer than a couple of hours.

He's been missing from the Birkenside area, Gorebridge, Midlothian since April 3rd

he's mainly white with a fluffy ginger stripey tail, ginger splodges on his back... one of the splodges looks like a love heart, he has ginger ears and a white face, he has very distinctive yellow eyes. Hes quite a small cat, usually quiet but can be vocal when he wants something.

Hes not wearing a collar

If anyone in my area may of spotted him please can they give me a call on 07845287762

Thankyou.

how do i put a picture up?

Re: max is missing

Hope he comes back soon, it's awful when they worry us like this. We used to have a cat that would go walkabout for a week or so and came back looking a bit scruffy and hungry, I think she used to inspect the neighbours' garages and sheds and get herself locked in. Could you do a leaflet drop in the immediate vicinity, just to let your neighbours be aware and be on the lookout for him? Try not to worry, the nice Spring weather has probably tempted him to stay outside for a short while.

Re: max is missing

thanks for replies and kind words. Ive done a leaflet drop and my friend is making some laminated posters for me to put up around the neighbourhood, ive spoken to neighbours and friends to check their sheds etc.

The weather is so not nice here at the moment, its rained solidly for the last few days since hes been missing and gale force winds havent helped matters..

Im just so worried, he likes his creature comforts and is generally asleep for the majority of the day.. even on his moments where hes active, he's always back every couple hours or so for his dinner and a cuddle before he's off again.... him being away this long is completely out of character.

I cant stop crying

Re: max is missing

I'm really sorry Max is missing I hope he returns home soon and is just out exploring or being fed by some nice person.
I think Denis could be lured back by the sound of his whiskers temptations box being shook but he is so jumpy he would run in the opposite direction at anything and get lost even more.
Have a scour of the area and ask some locals (kids especially) as they pay more attention to things, take a pic with you. Probably what you have already done as it sounds as though you have done lots.
I have everything crossed here for you and please keep us informed. xxxx
I
