Re: pancakes

Sweet or savoury?
If savoury, any creamy sauce is fine - chicken & mushroom etc
If sweet - I'm boring - lemon & sugar please!
Chocolate spread (Nutella?) and banana is nice for the kids though
or Ice cream and choc sauce
(did you spot a theme there?)

Re: pancakes

I like mine with plenty of lemon and a touch of sugar!

I suppose you could add maple syrup

Re: pancakes

well i TRIED to cook pancakes, usually they coem out well but not this time, ryans was all "floppy and gooey" as he described it, elliots almost burnt and mine just no tastery 9 amde mine with a tad of sweetner not sugar).

I LOOOOOOOOVE canned cherry ipe filling in them, it scrummy, but couldnt find any today so i had lemon and sugar, kids had jam and sugar, apart from ryans second where he had it all, yuk.

As i kid i loved the little thief ( little chef) ones, choc sauce and ice cream but NO NUTS

but YOU CAN NOT BEAT IHOP AT ALL!!!!!!!
(shame we dont have IHOP in this country - International House of Pancakes for all us brits. god do they do some delicious pancales_american of course)
