If you bake your gammon in tin foil in the oven with mustard and orange marmalade and a bit of veg oil, it is never tough! And you get this really nice orangey mustardy sauce to go with it. Pork chops are good done this way too. You can add a bit of soy sauce with the chops too (not for the gammon, could be too salty otherwise). My left over casserole was yummy - it had had half a pint of red wine in it yesterday so it was well infused. Hope you enjoy your Chinese take away! |

We went out to a local pub for dinner last night. It was absolutely yummy. I had chicken breast with bacon and melted cheese, BBQ sauce chips, petite pois and side salad. Hubby had Gammon and eggs.
