If you bake your gammon in tin foil in the oven with mustard and orange marmalade and a bit of veg oil, it is never tough! And you get this really nice orangey mustardy sauce to go with it. Pork chops are good done this way too. You can add a bit of soy sauce with the chops too (not for the gammon, could be too salty otherwise).

My left over casserole was yummy - it had had half a pint of red wine in it yesterday so it was well infused.

We went out to a local pub for dinner last night. It was absolutely yummy. I had chicken breast with bacon and melted cheese, BBQ sauce chips, petite pois and side salad. Hubby had Gammon and eggs. Really really lovely food!

Beef Goulash and rice here, added Caraway seeds to the Goulash as recomended by DM a while ago.

And Angieh tell me more about the pork chops please may do them for OH as I have just bought some

I'm having Spinach and ricotta canneloni (got no bread though) and a glass of rose OH is at the match (he got himself KFC and spilt his coke on the seat of his new golf!!!) he has done it on mine before but he has that scotchguard on and it shouldn't stain. Denis is having 'Oh so fishy' salmon
