Merlin brings home a rat!

This has to be a record - a 23 year old cat bringing in a rat!

OK, it looked as if it was previously dead (drowned) and was only a young one.

Well done Merlin - think you hooked it out of the stream (ditch) and brought it home to show what a good boy you are. Thanks love - that's one less rat.

Oh what a good boy! He's still a kitten at heart, that is just so precious. I don't suppose you took a photo of the intrepid hunter with his bounty?

Many chin tickles to Merlin from me!

Well done Merlin! Surely that must be a record! I never let gruesome deter me from posting a pic of Leia and her rat; I was so very proud of her......

Good for you merlin! Just goes to show you can't keep an old cat down!
PS. I'm glad there's no pic, I hate the verminous things, dead or alive!

Re: Merlin brings home a rat!

Well that IS impressive! Even my oldies; less that 1/2 Merlin's age couldn't catch a cat biscuit let alone a rat - dead or otherwise
