Asparagus (slightly indelicate!)


I made an asparagus risotto last night for supper and it was very nice - enjoyed it thoroughly.

Of course, later on the consequences became apparent! And, being a curious sort of person, I needed to find out why. It seems that parts of the process are still a mystery, but it may have something to do with genetics and the skunk!!!!!

Interesting article Angie! Not much of an asparagus fan so can't say I've ever noticed this phenomenon!
