That is very worrying Velvet. I too would be wary of giving him another booster. If it is an allergy surely it could only do more harm subjecting him to another. Poor Tims, how is he today?

Fine thank you - happily singing (purring) away if you much as glance at him. When he diesnt purr the house is sooooo dead.

There must be some way round protecting him rather than subjecting him to such awful reactions

I personally wouldn't risk such a severe reaction again. There are alternatives, such as nosodes. However, if he goes into a cattery they may not accept this.
