Re: Dylan's been to the vets

Just got back from the vets. Vet says she thinks Dylan's got an infection so he's had a metacam injection, an antibiotic injection and he's on metacam by mouth for a few days. He's curled up sleeping just now.

Poor love - gentle cuddles from me. I know some people have different experience with Metacam, but my Merlin was always better for having it.

He's been desperate to go out all night, vets orders were he stays in until this morning (he can go out now if he wants)

Re: Dylan's been to the vets

I'm a bit wary of metacam because when he fought with the rat (back when we lived in Yorkshire) metacam made Dylan a bit grumpier than usual. He seems OK on it this time though.
