I have often wondered the same thing, Kazz. I know dogs do, seen many in the neighborhood with grey muzzles.

If the pharmaceutical industry could latch onto the cats non-greying mechanism and synthesize it they'd make billions ....

We used to have a black cat called Lucky. She lived to be 23/24 years and she was definitely grey, esp around the eyes and mouth!
