Monday daily.

Good morning everyone and welcome to the start of the week. It's Monday early evening here after a pleasantly cool day, but meant to be a bit warmer tomorrow.I've been doing my stretches once every hour as the specialist told me and at times, my back pain is a bit less. I don't sit for long periods and I go out for two walks a day now. Even though it's painful when I walk, I'm trying to follow the advice and be a good patient (when have I ever been good ????)

How totally idiotic letting dogs go out on a frozen lake. Some people just don't seem to think.I do hope that no dogs fall through the ice. That would be tragic.I saw on TV last night ,a couple here that have been searching for their two dogs that went missing a year ago. They are still putting up notices with their pictures on and offering a big reward for any information. They said they will never stop looking. My heart went out to them.

PAMELA, hope Steven had a great birthday on Friday and enjoyed his special birthday tea. I'm glad you managed to get out for a run despite the weather.I know you're all organised for work today but hope you don't work too hard. I guess it will be good to get back into a bit of a routine again.

SHELLEY, I'm so sorry about Eric, but at least he's with his wife again and free from pain. It's always a shock though, You were both very good to him and he will know that now.Hope your difficult zoom sessions go well for you today and hope the dogs tummies are back to normal.

YOLA,hope you managed to have your curry on Friday night and it was a good one.Your cauliflower soup sounds yum and that standng desk certainly will make work a bit easier for you. Good on you for keeping up your stretches.

Well everyone, have a great Monday. Stay warm and stay safe and hope the weather gets a bit warmer for you all.

Re: Monday daily.

Good morning Dinky and Shelley

Its much cooler here today. Its been rainy and windy which i never thought i would be glad to say that i am happy to see this weather as the ice is away!!

Glad your exercises are helping a little with your back and it is easing for you. Dont overdo the walking though!!

My heart goes out to people who have lost their dog, i dont think i would ever give up if i didnt know what had happened either. I cant imagine how hard it must be.

I am on the later start today for work which is nice as we ad a lie in until 730am before we took the dogs out. I have been online, checked my emails and i am now chilling typing this until i start at 10am. I am on a different task at work today which is a very welcome relief as i was very bored doing what i was doing for the last year especially when i am trained on other tasks. I am also running tonight which i am looking forward to. So far the day has started off well so i am hoping it stays that way!!

Have a lovely day everyone

Re: Monday daily.

Evening,
Today's work went quite well.
I've emailed the families offering support sessions, will have to wait now for replies before mak a plan.
Had to Bob over to work to pick up more equipment.
Received a nice doll through the post so that was exciting.
Pamela enjoy your run, glad you have something different to do at work.
Dinky I expect you are sound asleep now, sweet dreams.
Yola, how are you doing?
