I visited an osteopath on several occasions and he really helped with some excruciating back pain I was having. 3 or 4 visits and it was all sorted! I also use a local and very good medical herbalist (not one of the ones that sit in the little shops in low-cost shopping centres, but a properly medically-trained one), and she is amazing.

So pleased Lucy is better - it must be such a relief for her, and for you.
