Not sure - I have a few solar lights in the garden. Never tried to charge them indoors.

I have just covered the rose arch in tiny electric blue solar lights - looks great.

Why don't you try it outside for a few hours and see if that makes a difference. The sun does have to fet to the solar panel but don't know if glass hinders the process.

Sorry to hear solar cat is not charging. I think outside is your best bet (if you get some sun). Were there no instructions?
