Mine are all insured with Animal Friends which is a not-for-profit animal insurer. No call centres, people you can email and call and ask for by name (not an 0845 number or info@ addy) and just the best service. They have been very good over Fifi's tumour and have paid out the agreed percentage due to her age and re-insurance, but young Myshka's covered for all eventualities and I have to say I can't fault them.

I had pet plan and never had a moments trouble. But for soem reason I took out AXA for Sal (dog) and took my form into vets Wed for them to send to Axa and had check this morning........................
