Malteasers Monday

Good afternoon, well it's brightened up nicely after a mizzley start here.

Getting all excited now and started to pack ready for my holiday, collected my dollars from the travel agents, making the last of the arrangements.

Hope you are all tickety-boo out there and your fur babes too.

Re: Malteasers Monday

Afternoon PP - how excited you must be getting ... when are you flying off??? I'll think of you soaking up the sunshine, it seems to be getting less and less here just now. I'd love a sunny day!

OH is very proud of his favourite girl Dora - she got an "Ace" at our dog club's rally obedience competition yesterday and came home with a red rosette, only beaten by one other dog. So she has a lot to live up to this evening when he takes her to the new agility class which is indoors - lots of dogs that she's not met before, but at least they are going with our dog trainer and one of her dogs that Dora knows well, so a bit of moral support there. I will have fingers and toes crossed for a smiley OH when they come home!!!

Our neighbour has just given us some freshly pulled beetroot, so that's on the boil atm ..... I do love fresh beetroot, either grated raw or just boiled. I can't eat pickled beetroot however.

Hope everyone else is well, Catsey cats doing fine and any poorly folk or pusscats on the mend?

Oh well done Dora, Hope you do well tonight

I'm flying out from Cardiff to Dublin on the the 8th Sept, then on to San Francisco from there around midday. It will be just after 3.30 pm when we get there, but more like midnight for us so we'll try and hang on a few hours before we go to bed. I hate jet lag, but it's worse coming home from West to East.

Well done to Dora. Have a great time in San Francisco PP.

Not a fan of beetroot myself but OH loves it.

Waiting for University Challenge then Only Connect to come on. Might give New Tricks another go. Need to put my laptop into the computer shop in the village to be fixed again. It's not letting me access FB and my emails. Jenny will fix it, she's a whizz.

Fecto is dabbing my leg now, he wants his first serving of mince, Big Fooze is asleep at the side of me. Gotta go!
