Thanks everyone for your kind wishes.

Eileen, the vet asked about pilling her - evidently the tablet form of antibiotics is better than the injected form. But Kizzy will only eat her biscuits, not tuna nor ham so she got a long lasting antib injection instead! I guess the fur ball stuff would be as difficult to get into her. I think I will have to persevere with brushing!

Most cats just love it: it's a flavored gel that's apparently very tasty: Dandy would have eaten the whole tube, if I had let him, as would Sultan and Misty. They lick it off your finger. Patchie was the only one who for some reason hated the taste.... I guess it was her equivalent of broccoli ....... hate it, NOT gonna eat it.
