VAccinated

Are your cats vaccinated?
I am asking this as when we went to the farm up the road from us to get the hay and straw for the rabbits, we met one of their many famr cats a big torbie and white she was 29 years old!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And the farmer told us she had never had ANY vaccinations.
SO are your cats vaccinated?

Re: VAccinated

There's a lot of controvesy surrounding vaccination and over vaccination. All my cats are vaccinated for the first 5 years of their lives and then they have no more. Lucky is 18 years old and has never ailed a day If I was using cats to breed from though they would be vaccinated every year of their breeding life to ensure they passed the immunity onto their offspring. Both my dogs are vaccinated every year and will be until they are speyed...

Re: VAccinated

Cassie has been vaccinated and has her boosters every year. I personally think they could go longer that a year for the booster but the Catteries won't take them in unless they have had their annual jab...

Re: VAccinated

In Australia they vaccinate, on recommendation from their vets every three years!
