Re: R.I.P. Darling Zara.

Pauline, I'm so sorry you've had to go through this. Unfortunately it's the downside of the delight which is sharing our lives with animals.

That said, it's never easy - especially when we don't see it coming. Sleep tight Zara

I'm so sorry you've had to face this. 15 years is a very good age for a dog, you must have looked after your beloved Zara so well. It's never easy is it?

God bless, go and play at the bridge darling!

So sorry Pauline, its a very hard thing to do but its the right thing when our poor animals are suffering. Think of the happy, long life she had with loving friends, be proud you gave that to her. Hugs to you Jan x

Re: R.I.P. Darling Zara.

Thank you all for your lovely kind and caring words, she was such a special dog who was such a big part of our family and will be so greatly missed , Zimba our other darling little doggy who is 11yrs is totaly confused as to what has happened and as to where she is as she was like his mummy to him, when we got him he was tiny and shouldn`t have really been away from his mum ( we saw him in a pet shop) he was looking really sorry for himself so even though we hadn`t gone out to get another dog we came home with one
Well any way they hit it off straight away and he started trying to suckle on her nipples, we said laughing you won`t get any milk from Zara she is not your mummy, and well any way after a few days just after he had been trying to suckle again I lifted him up only to find that he had white frothy stuff around his chops , she had started to produce milk for him.
They have been inseperable since then, so I do hope he copes without her, he is getting lots of big extra cuddles.
Thanks again for your support Pauline Xxx.
