Face TransplantEeeeeuwwww, now there's a thought. Poor woman had lost her nose and lips through a dog attack ( ) earlier this year but has received a 'face transplant' of the lower half of a brain dead donor. All a bit 'sci-fi' but I guess if it was you and me we would want to be able to eat and speak again if it was at all possible. Surely she will feel very strange though - someone else's lips??????? I saw a programme where a guy had a hand transplant but, although it worked OK, he begged for its removal because it seemed too foreign to him. Poor thing. On a lighter note - which bit of whose face would you like? I'd like some nice white even teeth. PS - here's the link http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4484728.stm
