Had a great interview this morning; I think we may have found our new designer/artworker!! Still have a really bad sore throat and the headache is coming back so I will be reaching for the solpadeine in a minute (I HATE headaches)!! Not much else going on - having to sort a few staff spats and getting on with putting the quote together for the client we won! Jac - relax on the sofa for a bit with some tea n biccies and the telly; hopefull that'll give your back a rest Fran - poor you. Hope you're bum's feeling better soon  Am - wow you northerners are a hard lot . . . HOW long without heating and hot water Nae - have fun at the book fair hope you find something good for the kids DM n Moli (n Mags . . . ooops) - enjoy your restful days good job it's getting warmer! Yola, you sound like your coming down with the virus I had. PK sit in a nice hot bath and forget the world DH I wish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Havent had an H (word) in nearly 6 years. Serves me right for having as many kids  Well I mangaed to make a pot of soup and clear up a bit. Going to go and have a nice read in a while before I go for the whirlwind  |

Yola - it must be your lucky week - buy a lottery ticket tonight. Yuk, yuk, what a nasty day. Remember my sig? - be careful what you wish for; you may get it - well, yesterday I wished for warmer weather and we have it. 10C (52F) but the cloud base is about 20ft and it is just constant heavy drizzle/light rain. Yuk. And similar forecasts for the next 10 days! Ho hum. Have just sorted out some old bedding and dogs toys for the local dog home. What a shame. I didn't even ask how full they are but I've seen on DW that all the rescues are full as the great animal-loving British public throws out the old dogs to make room for the christmas puppy  Amadeus - if you're here - who will win the footies tonight? I assume you are a Newcy fan, with your avatar and all? and will Inzaman bat tomorrow? Who knows. What would we do if we didn't have sport to be all-knowing about? Enough drivel. Prob logging off now, but who knows. Be good. |
