Re: Eileen (dandysmom)

No, not terribly cheering news in the least. Though at least we have more understanding of what is going on.

Eileen, you are in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope that everything comes together for you getting home soon. Best wishes for the mass being as insignificant as possible - and needing as little doing with it as possible.

*hugs*

Re: Eileen (dandysmom)

Oh my. I am very sorry to be reading this, however the thought of something more serious did cross my mind I hope with all my heart that this is something that can be easily removed and Eileen will continue with us for many years to come as she is sorely missed here.

Mags, if I may I will take you up on the offer of sending a card. I have your address from Christmas Card time and will get something over to you.

Thank you for the update.

Re: Eileen (dandysmom)

Update 31.3.11

More news from Christopher! He was with Eileen all afternoon yesterday setting up her discharge from hospital.

Eileen is now at Carolyn's house and has been reunited with her beloved Leia!

She hopes to get online tomorrow at Carolyn's house. She is in a good mood, all things as they are, but looking forward to getting this behind her.

Christopher will take Eileen back to hospital on Monday for a consultation and then Carolyn will take her Tuesday for testing. Christopher will take her in for surgery on 11th April.

That's the best news we've had so far! I'm so pleased she has these two very caring friends to look out for her.

Keep your fingers crossed that she can get online tomorrow

Welcome 'home' Eileen, albeit at Carolyn's The support for you on here has been unbelievable, you have been missed so much by your friends. xxx
