Winter wonderland

Just a couple of the garden early this morning. The light is rather eerie

Here's Bentley being the intrepid explorer

This is my 'Cube' table & chairs set - not fully unpacked as you can see, but I do like the design

And - some flowers!

Re: Winter wonderland

Great photos DM - that light is spooky - what time did you take the photos? I noticed a strange light in the sky around 8.10 ............. not sure if it shows as well as yours though.

Don't those flowers look cheerful!

Re: Winter wonderland

I would think it was about that time angie - before I had my porridge!

I bought that basket of flowers at the local market when we had the veranda done. I expect it was at the very beginning of December. The poor things have been out (but under the veranda) ever since and although the primulas are obviously happy, I think the hyacinth were hoping for a cool room indoors! They're still nothing like in full flower and it's been 2 months! However ... a good way to get lasting colour.

Re: Winter wonderland

Thanks for the pics, DM, don't mind at all looking at other peoples snow...as long as I don't have to go out in it! Brave Bentley going out in the wet cold stuff; bet he didn't stay too long. Angie, looks as if you got more where you are; lovely pic; think Kazz is right. Secret Garden would be on my list of all time favorite children's books.
And loved the flowers.
