Things you'd like to do

Can you name 10 things you'd like to do like a wish list for life. Its just been on a radio station 10 things you'd want to do before you die. but the idea got me thinking what would be on your list. No particular order of preference;

Learn to be a rally driver for a day

I guess I'm either lucky or boaring, I did all I wanted to do before I had kids. The only "wish" I really had was to own my own horse which is impossible now, well I could but never ride it.
I would like to go on a cruze though.

Can only think of very selfish things I'm afraid. Travel related.

Train trip in India - you know the thing, 'orient express' type carriages, sleeper compartments etc etc

A year in the States - see the lot! I want to go to the South (always have, not sure why, music and everglades I think), California (convertibla car, LA - San Fransisco; Death Valley), Colorado (walk down, across and up the Grand Canyon), Washington, Boston, New York (spent 8 hours there - not quite enough, although we packed a heck of a lot in), Georgia, The Keys.
Such a huge place with such variety!

In one way I'd quite like to be a granny but to be really dismal, I look around the world and think maybe it's as well there's no little people to inherit the mess (sorry - really dismal!)

If anyone else has brilliant ideas I may borrow them!

1.. get a better quality of life.
2..see my son again.
3..make friends with my oldest daughter.
4.. see my other daughters settled down n sorted out.
5..travel around britain,
6.. go back to scotland where i was born.
7..get my marrige blessed, on a beach on a hot sunny day,surrounded by all my family n friends,
8..go in a helicopter (strange idea as im terrified of heights LOL)
9..have enough money and not have to worry about the future.
10..see the end to all the strife in this world.

4) get married
5) have kids
6) watch a space shuttle take off again with my own eyes (done it once already was so cooollll!)
7) jump from an aeroplane with a parashute (cant spell )

10) ohhh nearly forgot, own a husky

The most important-go back to when i was 20!! Would love to have the courage to learn to ride a motor bike,and travel around a lot of the world on it. Move house. Of course, have lots of money. Have a cat rescue. Get a new face,with teeth sorted.Be able to achieve more.Can't think of any more,although if you have quite a bit of money,you can be a lot more positive.

Erm . . . some of these are altruistic and some selfish. Not sure if they all fit the bill of 'things you'd like to do before you die' - but they're all I could think of BTW - they're not in any particular order - just as they came into my head.

1. Outlaw war - I'm one of life's pacifists I'm afriad
2. Live in Italy
3. See my business grow and suceed
4. Know that my little boy will be OK when he grows up (an eternal parental worry)
5. Move to the country (contradicts no.2 - I know ) and open a cattery - a bit dream of mine
6. Eliminate animal cruelty
7. Swim with Dolphins
8. Learn to dive - have a fear of putting my face under water - don't even like it in the shower!!!
9. Tell my Dad I love him one more time (he passed away in 1998 )
10. Go to a Cat Pages meet-up and get to know all my cyber chums (hint hint)
