It's nice to be appreciated!!

As I was driving home from picking Em up from school yesterday, I saw a young golden retriever 'bouncing' up and down the main road that runs at the bottom of our road. She was jumping in and out of the road trying to cross it I parked up the car and went and caught her. She was wearing a collar which said Sasha on one side and a telephone number on the other. My daughter ran up home got my phone and brought a dog lead. I phoned the number and a asked the lady who answered if she had lost a young dog called Sasha. She said no! I said I think you have as I have her here and explained where I had found her and sure enough she was missing...the lady's grandchildren had left the gate open when they went out to play
Anyhow soon owner and Sasha were united again Sasha was indeed a yyoung golden retriever - 11 months old and a real 'live wire' I thought no more of it until half an hour ago the doorbell rang and the lady was there with a bunch of flowers in her hand the card on the flowers read 'To the nice lady who helped me find my way home, love from Sasha and her mummy and daddy' I never thought to ask how this lady knew where I lived but what a kind gesture...although not necessary as I was just glad Sasha got home safely

that was so nice of her - shows how much she cares - and really good of you to do that many people would have just carried on and left the dog
