Wow Smudgley looks like it will increase your living space by loads most impressed work seems to be coming on quickly. Are you keeping the conservatory?

Have you got a rough idea how long it will all take?

Yes it will give us more space inside, then we're having lots of internal work done to make better use of the space inside as we currently have a massive hall which is silly .

It will take approx 12 weeks (ish)

To be honest - they've worked really hard, made hardly any mess (well you know what I mean) & they've worked in the pouring rain.
They are no trouble & as we currently have a small living space - they are trying to make it as least despruptive as possible.

Hey & .. one of them, rides here on his bike (about 12 miles) then works really hard all day - THEN..... goes off for a run ( usually about 7 or 8 miles) before tootling home on his bike. HE IS MAD OR WOT!
