Shelley, have a good day at work. The weather is miserable here too.
Kazz, sounds like a busy day ahead hope you have a fantastic holiday.

I'm just working today then going for dinner tonight. Signed up for the 10k great Scottish run aswell so started doing some training for that. Its not until October so plenty of time.im not a runner so going to be a hard challenge.

Pamela, I admire your energy but although I can walk pretty fast on the treadmill I can't run, I get too breathless.

Angie, hope you feel better soon, try a bowl of hot water and Vick- very good for congestion.

Damp and drizzly here today but never mind, off to visit my sis and the kids who are staying with a friend near Cardiff. The very nice friend's house has an indoor pool so will grab my cozzie and have a swim there

All go later, my mate Su and partner Darren are coming up from Plymouth for the engagement party tomorrow of my niece Rhian and Christian, her boyfriend.

Morning all. Overcast here but not raining yet ..... my gardening man is here today and everything has grown so much I have to ask him to start clearing the drainage ditch which is so overgrown, that will be a nasty sticky job so I'll be sure to keep offering him coffee or a cold drink. OH and I plan to go to the tip (we know how to live) have all sorts of odds to get rid of. We will leave the dogs in their crates after their walk so they can have a snooze.

Meant to say ......... Zooplus has an offer on cat water fountains atm. Just bought a replacement for Kizzy and Pip and it's wonderful, the cats like it too.

Thanks for your good wishes, I'm not feeling too bad today, I had a strange ache all around my rib cage and was thinking pleurisy but as breathing is not too bad it can't be that, maybe I've pulled a muscle when I was clearing out the greenhouse.

Shelley, hope your day goes well and that you get yourself a nice edible treat when you shop. Kazz, hope you have a WONDERFUL HOLIDAY and Pamela, how brave of you to go in for a run! Hope you all have a grand day.

PP, I can't run either due to having breathing problems but being just below the threshold hold for having inhalers. Your friend house sounds lovely.
Angie, glad to hear your feeling better might have a look at the fountain as ours is making some strange noises!!

afternoon all.Still raining,lol, been to work and did the food shop. Silly me lost all my green shopping bags, i hooked them on a trolley outside then noticed the trolley was realy wet so i swopped, only thing is i forgot the bags until i got to the checkout. Some kind sould had handed them in though so i have them back now.
Hopefuly going to have a restful evening, i have an all day training at work tomorrow, Sign Along.
Karen, chill out and get ready for you're hol.

Nearly organised Kazz. I'm impressed!!
Its a fair question Shelley. I'm going to do my best to jog/run it. I'm starting next week doing a half hour jog on my lunch with my team leader as she is doing it too. That should help me and learn breathing techniques as she has done 10ks before
