Re: Better Tuesday?

Evening everyone. I'm glad to hear no-one had any damage in the windy weather. It was just blustery by us but it did spook the cats.
Excuse any spelling mistooks but I'm typing this on my phone so an peering through the bifocals!
Busy day with meetings in Cambridge then London after which I travelled to Bristol as I have early meetings here tomorrow. I am in an hotel room with no cats but have been purred at down the phone by Smudge. I managed a lovely run around the harbour and past the SS Great Britain. Bristol is a nice city.
Currently munching M&S salads as I can't face eating out on my own and am trying to resist fish and chips.....

Re: Better Tuesday?

Well done resisting the F&C, CS. I wonder if we will be as strong tomorrow evening after our first puppy class!!! Horrid to be away from the comfort of cats.

I have to stay away quite a lot so try not to indulge when I do! It has taken me a year to lose a stone and I really don't want it back!

Re: Better Tuesday?

Finaly back after a busy day. Been to mum and dads, mum's been to athsma clinic today and they wanted her to go to casualty to access a nebuliser. However she didn't go and just managed with her sprays, we read in the paper that people with breating difficulties can be affected by the volcanic ash, even in this country.
Karen, who do you write to in Africa ?
CS, how nice to be prred at down the phone

Re: Better Tuesday?

Shelley, I've been on a nebulizer since February, and honestly can't see that it has made one bit of difference. I suppose that, without it, breathing might be worse. But how do you know? Say Hi to your mum from a fellow COPD person.
