Morning everyone, lovely sunny day here after early frost. Have just been shopping, will have some lunch then tackle the ironing. Collecting my grandson from preschool later and having him for a few hours while his sister goes to her school disco.

BM, I've had a frozen shoulder twice and on both occasions my doc gave me a steroid injection into the shoulder.....it did the trick! Hope you get yours sorted for Christmas.....

Afternoon everybody,

Well I am at work and it is very quiet, I wish I had taken this week off! never mind!. I am bored bored bored, boss has called in sick which is very unlike him, I hope he is ok.

Short week for us as we have our Christmas Lunch on Friday and nothing gets done in the morning.

One of our clients brought in a box of Hotel Chocolate chocolates and I have limited myself to two trying to be good before Xmas!! lol

Hope you get yours sorted for Christmas.......... had the steroid jabs didnt help it aggravated it somewhat so now just get on with it,learnt how to avoid hurting it now

Afternoon everyone. Not much happening today, completely and definatey finished xmas shopping now

Just not looking forward to my bank balance at the end of the week

Told hubby just stocking fillers and what does he twist my arm into buying?........

For Thomas....a skateboard a set of walkie talkies 3 x books of Thomas the Tank Engine, yet another DVD (Toy Story 1&2 Box Set) and some cars

For Louise.....a Scooby-Doo toy, a ballerina doll, earings, a Cinderella story book with a pretty pink ribbon to tie the book closed and a necklace, a Disney Princess set with stories, activity books and a cd to read along with the stories and another DVD for her aswell (Madagascar)

Stocking fillers my butt

The fog is descending with a vengeance . Hope no-one has to travel in it. OH is in Bath but hopes to be back by 5, so i will be glad when he is safely home. No journeys planned tomorrow, other than one on foot for the work christmas lunch. Take care all.

ive been discharged by the doctor at the hosp re- frozen sholder,done as much as he could with it.just will get better with time.
he offered me another jab but i declined it,had lots of jabs over the past few weeks dont want any more
