Thursday

Morning everyone, Pamela glad to see you and the pets are feeling better.
Hope Mia's paw/leg is back to normal soon.
I know what you mean about the running.
I've not swum for ages and need to get back into it.

Re: Thursday

Hi Shelley, thank you

Mia's leg is still sore, she is still limping on it s short lead walks just now.

I would love to start swimming as it is really good for building up your core which in turn is good for running. I hope you get to start back

How are Kwame and Malaika?

Re: Thursday

Just a quick hello from he. No real news. Just waiting for OH to come home with the big 13 yr old from a tennis lesson and then dinner - pie, broccoli and sweet potato chips, will be served.

Kwame and Malaika are fine, just turned 9 and 10, time flies.
Hope Mia's leg gets better soon, perhaps she's pulled a muscle.
Yola, your dinner sounds great.
