FridayHello everyone, Shelley, i hope your appointment goes ok today. Posh was ice to see you posting again.  Dinky, i hope your enjoying your book. Also been thinking about Willow and hope she is doing ok My furries are on the mend although Barney has had a touch of what Mia had but not as bad thankfully. I am still feeling miserable. Doc advises its a throat infection i have but also now got the cold on top of it. Came home from work early yesterday and have taken today off as i feel horrible still so best to rest. Frustrating me that i cant get out running though  Hopefully back out on Monday at running club Have a lovely weekend everyone

Hello all. Back home quite late yesterday was v tired but a good night’s sleep in my own bed helped. Quite glad tomorrow is the weekend though. My cough is finally, finally easing so I’m hoping that’s my lot for this winter. Sorry you’re feeling rough Pamela, hope the symptoms ease soon.
