That's awful Emma! There was a fire in a fireworks factory near us about a month ago, fortunately no-one was killed but a few people injured.

That is so sad, killed in the line of duty. RIP. Thinking of their families, particularly poignant at this time of year too.

my brother in law is a station officer with the brigade. he still goes out on the pumps, i know he will be very upset about this.
my thoughts are with their familys and work mates R.I.P

How tragic. I do hope it was a sad accident and not arson/negligence. Everyone forgets that fireworks are essentially incendiaries and can be deadly.

I hope the families of those killed and badly hurt are able to come to terms with what has happened
