I've done my back inMy back is killing me. Dont know what i have done just woke up and it was painfull and stiff.

Elaine I can sympathise with you on that one. Try hot cold compresses. One with ice in it and one with say a hot water bottle. That's what the physio used to do with me. Good luck. |

Take a couple of Ibuprofen Elaine, that should help. Hope it improves soon.. |
