I hope they'll do better than the yellow amaryllis: it had made four offshoot bulbs so I separated and potted the babies this Summer.. None if them have bloomed, and the mother plant which kept flowering all thru having babies hasn't bloomed at all this year!

Thanks for the link. I'll probably repot the offshoots come Spring then, although I do wonder how cold it gets in County Tyrone; afraid our Winters get too frigid here.

these are lovely. You may remember I potted up some after the last discussion post. Two of them are coming away now (I'm amazed at how quickly the shoot grows) The one I really wanted to grow - picotee - is green, but not doing anything.
