Re: Giant chocolate button Tuesday

Hello!

It is pretty grim here weatherwise too today

Been out for a walk with Poppy too and done some work (I work from home). Now, this afternoon is designated to starting the clear out and packing for our move into our new house. A task I dread!!! I am sure I will find plenty of other things to distract me.... but I will TRY to make a start!

Have a good rest of the day!

Re: Giant chocolate button Tuesday

Afternoon all! Luckily we are home with Monty as there has just been a very heavy shower - just like stair-rods, straight down and it was very dark too. Walked a bit further than usual today, which we shouldn't do with Monty only being 5 months, but we took a path that we hadn't taken before, expecting it to come out in a certain place but it didn't so we had to turn back. Monty home, paws cleaned up and he's had his lunch and is now fast asleep in his crate.

OH is watching Jeremy Kyle and I am contemplating mischief, but don't know what quite yet ......... it may just be boring mischief like putting the washing in the tumble dryer or I may just order that Digital Tablet ...........

Hi, all. Overcast and humid this morning, 29 C (84 F(), very good chance of t'storms in the afternoon. Out to pick grass, and got the laundry card; the building is switching from coin-fed machines to ones with a smart card. We'll see how that goes; everythhing becomes increasingly automated now. All.s quiet, am almost 100% settled in , Chris hung the cup and saucer racks yesterday.

Manyana, I don't envy you moving, having just been thru it myself. Angie, go ahead, order the Tablet! You deserve a birthday treat. Hi, Shelley!

Hope the weather clears up, have a good day, people!

Hi all...

Not long back from work. No idea where my brain is, it's certainly not with me!!!

We're on wet weather and flooding warning now til tomorrow some point. Have been since about 10 this morning. Some threatening looking clouds around, but otherwise...

Have a good day all.

Re: Giant chocolate button Tuesday

back from work now, manyana did you get any packing done, i find music helps.
Angie, good for you
Eileen, sounds like you are getting sorted, gradualy
Hi Kate, hope you don't get any floods.
Have decided we are not going to be able to crate Kwame anymore, it's not safe. He gets very distressed and has damaged both crates. Yesterday he injured his paw. Today he has bent several of the crate bars with his mouth, i can't bend them with my hands so goodness knows how he's managed. Fortunately his teeth are fine.

Kwame must be a very strong boy Shelley - what's your best alternative?

we will just have to clear out anything he can get to in the living room and hope for the best. There are no wires he can get to as Howard has buried them in the wall. He isn't often left but of course there are times when we have to.
Malaika is now trustworthy so maybe he will improve too.
I was so relieved that his teeth were ok.
