Re: Toffee Tuesday

yes Helen i remember Mork and Mindy. Talking of Mindy the Basenji, still no luck with a home, i keep flagging it up on the forum and fb.
Just finished stringing my friends antique doll, it was realy hard to do, first i put the legs on the wrong sides, then the arms and had to do it all over again. If i can just get my hands on some glass eyes i will be able to finish her.

Re: Toffee Tuesday

Toffee Tuesday it is... He's just mugged me for the prawns in my pasta marinara. I had to make do with only mussles and squid.

Re: Toffee Tuesday

Hello all, I remember Mork and Mindy! Nanu nanu......

Toffee sounds like he and Tolly would get on. Tol just comes and sits at the table if there is anything he thinks should be his and glares till we give in.

Bathing a puppy sounds challenging! I was barked at on my run tonight by a savage, slavering beast - of a sausage dog. Even I couldn't be scared.

It sounds very stormy by you Eileen? Does it bother Leia?

Hope everyone is well

It doesn't seem to faze her, nor my previous cats, at all, unlike dogs. Whereas I am reduced to a quivering mass of nerves at violent electrical storms, wimp that I am. Yes, they're very common here in the Summer.

Squid is ok if there are no prawns left, mussles are great to play with until they are covered in a thick layer of dust (and then burried and ignored). I was too quick for him to come back for seconds after he absconded with the prawns. ^^

My homemade lentil soup is apparently also a prime cat food. Despite my protests that it is vegan and thus absolutely *not*. Does anyone else get the feeling that our cats do not listen to our wise words?

Re: Toffee Tuesday

Sounds as if young Toffee is developing as wide a palate as possible!

Wide...yes. Anything he can get his mouth around or teeth into.

In my limited experience, I found that Abys are NOT picky eaters .......
